By accessing rcfcampus.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered students, donors, ministry partners, campus leaders, and anyone else who accesses or uses rcfcampus.org in any capacity.

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
• Impersonate any RCF leader, staff member, or ministry representative
• Attempt to access any part of the site or its backend systems without authorization
• Use the site to distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site using automated tools
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from rcfcampus.org without written permission
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Post or submit any content that is defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or contrary to the Christian values of RCF

We reserve the right to restrict access to the site for any user who violates these terms, without notice.

Redeemed Campus Fellowship is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations made through rcfcampus.org are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A donation receipt and IRS acknowledgment letter are available upon request.

By making a donation through our site, you acknowledge the following:

• All gifts are voluntary and are used to support the mission of RCF Americas I, including the FIRE Conference, Campus Tours, student welfare, and ministry operations
• Recurring gifts (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum tiers) will be automatically charged on a monthly basis using your selected payment method until you cancel
• Tier benefits (including FIRE Conference tickets for Gold and Platinum partners) are subject to availability and are provided as a gesture of appreciation, not as compensation for the gift
• To cancel a recurring gift, contact rcfcampus@gmail.com or manage your subscription directly through Stripe's billing portal
• Refunds for donations are generally not issued, except in cases of clear administrative error. Refund requests may be submitted to rcfcampus@gmail.com within 14 days of the transaction
• Financial information entered on donation forms is processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. RCF does not store or have access to full payment card details

The prayer and counseling services offered through rcfcampus.org are provided by volunteer ministry leaders and are spiritual and pastoral in nature. They are not a substitute for licensed professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, or emergency services.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact emergency services (911) or a licensed mental health provider immediately. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available 24/7 at 988.

RCF makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of prayer or pastoral counseling. Our team serves with sincerity, care, and faith — but ultimate outcomes rest with God.

rcfcampus.org is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. RCF makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the website's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. RCF will not be liable for any interruption of service, data loss, or technical issues arising from use of the website.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Redeemed Campus Fellowship Americas I, its officers, leaders, volunteers, and ministry partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of rcfcampus.org, or your submission of false or harmful information through any form on the site.

RCF reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to rcfcampus.org with an updated effective date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes via email or site announcement.

Your continued use of rcfcampus.org after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
